Must be able to work Monday through Saturday on a regular basis if necessary. Start time and hours vary depending on production requirements. Some overtime required during the week and/or on Saturdays. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous meat packing experience preferred but not required.

Employee must be willing to work flexible hours. Start time and hours vary based on production needs. Some overtime required. During probation employees may rotated to various positions. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be physically capable of strenuous work with repetitive movements. Most positions require employees to use a knife and/or hook. Employees will be shown how to sharpen a knife with a steel and how to keep knife sharp. Employees are required to purchase some equipment which is non-refundable. Must be able and willing to stand on hard floors 8-10 hours a day. Must be able and willing to work in hot or cold environment.
Job Requirements: Must be 18 years old.
